== When commissioning you are agreeing with the terms, so read it carefully==

✸GENERAL TERMS✸
✧I hold the rights over my commissions.
✧ I have the right to decline the commission if i, for whatever reasons don't feel comfortable doing it.
✧The final Illustration is for personal use only, for commercial use, please specify on email, so you can purchase my rights.✸** CLIENT'S RIGHTS✸
✧You are allowed to:
• Use the drawing as Icon or post on social media with proper credit (tag me)
• Print the drawing for personal use.
✧You are NOT allowed to:
• Make profit of my work such as selling prints, make merchandise with it, etc.
• Color my sketches,lineart or paint over my work.
• Claim that you did the drawing.
• Remove my signature or watermark.✸PAYMENT✸
✧ Payments via Paypal.
✧ 50% upfront and 50% before file delivery.✸COMMISSION PROCESS✸
✧Please specify on the email what type of commission do you want and send the references all together.
✧ Feel free to send me as much photo references, moodboards and descriptions as you want.
✧All Commissions include a solid color as a Background. If you want a complex background please specify on the email so i can readjust the price.
✧ During all the process of the commission i'll update you with prints to guarantee that you'll be happy with the final results.
✧ If you have a strict deadline ( the comm is a bday gift for example) please tell me beforehand.
✧ After the other 50% is paid, i'll send you the file on Drive, to preserve the original quality of the Drawing.✸ALTERATIONS✸
✧ During the __sketch__ process you can require changes on pose,colors,etc.You won't be charged for that :)
✧ Big alterations on the render may cost an additional fee of $20,00 (max. 3 changes).✸REFUND POLICY**✸
✧Commissions are not refundable, unless i'm not able to start them due to some type of personal problem or something similar.
